Why am I asked lots of questions when I purchase products over the counter?
Our Pharmacy Staff are committed to the welfare of our customers. We therefore ask the Government provided WWHAM questions to reduce any interactions with medicines which may occur with Over the Counter sales.
Although this may be frustrating when buying such simple things as paracetamol, we want to ensure that these products will not react with anything else individuals are already taking.
