Prescription Collection Service
Many of our branches offer a free Prescription Collection Service. This service allows us to collect your prescription from the Surgery on your behalf and have the prescription ready at the Pharmacy for you to collect at your convenience.
If you require this service please visit your local Peak Pharmacy or Tims and Parker Pharmacy. You will be asked to fill in a simple registration form.
In some areas we may also offer a delivery service for housebound patients. Please see our Delivery Service page for more information
